DYER KELLY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Presentation / Tour starts at 2:30 pm
Address: 2236 Edison Avenue, Sacramento
Architect: Lionakis
Contractor: Clark/Sullivan Construction
Clark Sullivan Construction and Lionakis are currently partnered for this design/build project to provide new, replacement campus for Dyer Kelly Elementary School located in San Juan Unified School District. Improvements will include a new two-story, single building elementary school on an existing, occupied site the first of its kind for the District. The proposal responds to the communitys goals for safety and security by replacing the campus style school with a single building. Additionally, the development of learning neighborhoods will provide both classroom space and flexible breakout areas for project-based learning, intervention programs as well as informal gathering. With a total design and construction value of $42 million, the project was just completed for the 2019/2020 school year.

GREER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Presentation / Tour starts at 4:00 pm
1300 Bell Street, Sacramento
Architect: Nacht & Lewis
Contractor: Otto Construction
The Greer Elementary School projects consists of the design, modernization, and construction of classrooms and ancillary buildings to address the schools fluctuating enrollment and needs based on the Districts strategic expansion and consolidation plans. The new campus will sit on the same 6.4 acre site and accommodate 21st century learning and flexibility for approximately 648 students – featuring three new classroom buildings, an administration building and multi-purpose room. Since the school will be fully occupied throughout construction, our team broke up the project into five phases and provided surge space to move classes to while buildings are being remodeled. Total design and construction value is $37.3 million with completion scheduled for November 2019.
