Self-Nomination Process
AIACV members in good-standing may submit additional names (including their own) for any of the open positions. To add your name as a nominee for the 2019 ballot, please submit the following by Monday, October 15, 2018:
1. Your intent to run, and the position you would like to run for in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to Genevieve Vargas, AIA, 2019 President-Elect: [email protected], please cc [email protected]
2. A brief biography (75 words or less) with information on your background, education and professional history.
3. A brief statement expressing your goals and/or objective for serving on the Board.
4. A head/shoulders portrait, high-res, 300 dpi TIFF file, 5” x 7” in size
Voting
The final ballot will be provided to the membership for electronic voting on Monday, October 22, 2018.
Completed ballots are due back to the Chapter five working days prior to the election meeting on Thursday, November 8, 2018.
The annual election meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, November 15, 2018. An event flyer with more details is forthcoming.
Ballots will be available at the Election Meeting, prior to the presentation and project tour.
Election results will be announced at the meeting and electronically on Friday, November 16, 2018.
