POSTPONED – Influencing Firm Culture from an EP Perspective

This event has been POSTPONED to due speaker illness. Refunds have been issued for those who registered.

Thursday, November 8th, 5 – 7 pm
AIACV Gallery, 1400 S St, Sacramento

Culture is defined as the values, practices, and beliefs shared by the members of a group. Firm Culture, therefore, is the shared values, practices and beliefs of a firm’s leadership and staff. As an Emerging Professional, how can you impact your firm’s culture in a positive and relevant way? Join us for the final presentation in our three-part professional development series to explore this topic!

  • Learn the results of the AIACC Survey that focused on how firm principals and emerging professionals think about culture, including how their viewpoints varied
  • Discuss why culture matters
  • Be inspired how you, as an EP, can impact the culture of your firm!
SPEAKERS:
– Stephanie Silkwood, AIA, LEED AP, WELL AP, Associate, RMW Architecture & Interiors
– Megan Dougherty, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Associate, Perkins Eastman Dougherty
