Course Description:
Ideal for architects, designers, and other professionals who struggle with the accessibility requirements between California Building Code Chapter 11A and California Building Code Chapter 11B. After this workshop you will have a much better understanding of the housing requirements in California, you will gain your required continuing education units as well as learn of the recent changes in 11A and 11B that became effective July 1st, 2021 specific to housing accessibility. If you have questions or have struggled knowing when and how to apply CBC Chapter 11A or CBC Chapter 11B to your housing and multi-family projects, then this workshop is for you!
