Join hosts Kris Barkley, AIA, Amanda Green, AIA, and Saxon Sigerson, AIA, for a special virtual edition, of Arch Matters. Our evening of discussion will be centered on residential projects that are responsive to their environment, either as a way of fitting in or being resilient to nature’s forces.
As many of us are now spending much more time at home, our residences have become even more important to our sense of well-being. Our discussion will explore ways of designing residences that connect with our environment, potentially providing resiliency and inspiration for our changing lives.
We will have a presentation followed by an open discussion led by Kris Barkley, AIA.

If you were gathering for Architecture Matters at the AIACV office, Wendy Sigerson would bring her crockpots full of Italian tomato bread soup (Pappa al pomodoro) for you. Unfortunately due to the virtual nature of this event, she can’t so instead, she’s shared her recipe for you to make on your own for the event!
