Equity Diversity & Inclusion Firm Summit

April 22, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Inaugural summit featuring a casual roundtable conversation with members on their EDI journey!

Where are you and your firm in the Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) journey? Are you indifferent, curious, starting to explore, instituting approaches and policies, starting to emerge as a leader on the subject—or somewhere in-between?

All members are welcome to the AIACV inaugural EDI Firm Summit featuring a casual roundtable conversation with members like you who will share:

  • why EDI is important to them personally and to their firm
  • insight into the value of EDI from a business standpoint
  • insight from emerging professionals on what firm leaders can do to support EDI and empower employees within their company
  • specifics on how their firm is currently implementing EDI into their operations and culture and what their future aspirations are
  • advice and inspiration for those interested in making a difference at their own firms

We will also share resources and opportunities for firms who want to become more involved in EDI within their firms, the Chapter and their communities.
