Equity Diversity & Inclusion Support Group – People of Color

ABOUT AIACV EDI: 
The cases to be made for equitable practice—moral, business, ethical, professional, and societal—all rely on bolstering practices that are inclusive of differences and equitable in approach, process, and effect. The AIACV EDI committee is in place to address the industry’s current imperfect frameworks in an effort to foster equality in the architecture. It is an ongoing dialogue that will require conversation, input and effort across the profession. Our work will be guided by the AIA’s Guides for Equitable Practice that were released over the past year which explores these ideas.
