SMUD All-Electric Smart Homes and Integrated Design Solutions Incentives

The SMUD All-Electric Smart Homes incentive program provides incentives and technical support for all electric single and multifamily projects Incentives are offered for such beneficial electrification as central heat pump water heaters, induction ranges, and heat pumps for space conditioning. In addition, SMUD offers electric vehicle incentives.
The SMUD Integrated Design Solutions incentive program provides incentives and technical support for commercial buildings, and is intended to be a design assistance incentive. The IDS incentive program offers both Electrification (up to $150,000) and Energy Efficiency (up to $100,000) incentives for projects, for a combined total of up to $250,000 in incentives. IDS is also the only SMUD incentive program offering design team incentives for all-electric buildings.
